Andrew Bryan's Emerge program offers educational consulting and coaching for parents of both high school students and young adults (18-25). Following an initial consultation we work together to create a road map that addresses the challenges and concerns of both parents and students. Coaching may continue to be parent focused or include direct coaching of the student as well as ongoing parental support. Sessions take place through teleconferening and are followed with email feedback and recommendations.
Coaching visits are also possible either in the home with families or on-site at Andrew's office in Baker City, Oregon. The on-site visit may include full or partial psychological and educational testing for students who need assessment or documentation for educational accommodations updated.
Each client's challenges and needs are unique. Andrew has extensive experience problem solving and providing solutions for struggling students. As examples, work with parents and/or students may include the following components:
